CBM MISSION TRIP

So you want to go on a mission trip…….Gather 6 people from your home church. Some, you will know others may just be meeting, then add 7 more from another church that you never met, and 27 pieces of luggage full of donated supplies, 15 hours of air travel on 3 different flights to arrive at 3 in the morning to start your adventure.

You wake to the sights, sounds and smells of the Amazon River. For the next 8 days you will see some of the cutest babies, old and young men and women from 3m to 97!! They will melt your heart and humble you. You tend to their checkups (vitals) maybe see a bump or a scratch, or even a 29 year old young man who needs his hand held to help him breathe while 2 of your boatmates clean and bandage his burnt foot.

You say you don’t have any medical experience!? If you have the hands and feet and the love of Christ in your heart YOU CAN make a difference on this trip! So, gather your Drug Store over the counter medicine, a bag full of flip-flops of all sizes, find 11 other people to join you on the experience of a lifetime, aboard the CBM Amazonia.
